A DIFFERENT KIND OF CLUB
Every child brings their own strengths, interests and way of joining in. The Play Projects Club gives kids a place to move, explore, take healthy risks, make friends and discover what they are capable of.
Every class is designed by allied health professionals and educators, then brought to life by warm, skilled coaches. It feels like an energetic, welcoming club for kids, while each activity is thoughtfully designed to build skills they can carry into everyday life.

CLUB BASICS
Our basic membership conditions help classes feel safe, fair and predictable for children, families and coaches. Read the membership terms before enrolment is confirmed.
Membership includes one session per child each Monday–Sunday week. Attendance stays within the term dates. Pay weekly or upfront for the remaining weeks. Your membership does not renew automatically.
Children are supported to follow coach directions, use equipment safely and treat other children, staff and the space with respect.
Please share relevant health, safety, communication and support information before your child attends so we can plan for safe participation.
Club classes are group-based rather than one-to-one. If your child may need individual support to participate, talk with us before booking.
Children remain the responsibility of their parent or carer before class begins and after class finishes. Please arrive ready for prompt collection.
Class changes, cancellations and make-up arrangements are subject to the full membership conditions provided before you join.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
The Club is designed to feel simple and welcoming. Here are the practical details families ask us about most often.
You are unlikely to be able to use NDIS, Medicare or private health funding for Club classes. The Club is not a therapy service, classes are not necessarily facilitated by allied health professionals, and clinical notes are not completed. We recommend checking directly with your plan manager or private health insurer if you are unsure about your individual circumstances.
No. The Club is a developmental movement and play program where children build confidence, skills, friendships and a sense of belonging. The program is informed by allied health and education expertise, but participation is not therapy and does not include assessment, individual treatment goals or clinical documentation.
Yes. Families can book one trial class for $39, subject to class availability. It is a chance for your child to experience the space, meet the coaches and see how the group feels before joining for the school term.
Pay $39 per week for the term’s remaining weeks, or pay upfront at $35.10 per week and save 10%. For example, four weeks cost $156 with weekly payments or $140.40 upfront for the first child. The first payment is at signup; any remaining weekly payments follow on Mondays. Mid-term membership starts next Monday; holiday enrolments start in the next term. Review exact dates before paying.
As an introductory offer, families who pay for their membership upfront receive a Play Projects drink bottle, cap and Club shirt at no extra cost. Families who choose weekly direct debit can receive the same merchandise kit for $40 per child at signup. Merchandise is subject to available sizes and stock.
Yes. Each additional child enrolled in the same checkout receives 10% off: $35.10 per week, or $31.59 per week when the remaining term is paid upfront. The discounts stack. All children share the same start date and payment option. Contact our team to add a child to an existing membership.
Classes are delivered by warm, skilled coaches using programs designed with allied health professional and educator input. The person facilitating a class may not be an allied health professional.
Closures leave the term dates and payments unchanged. If a closure prevents your child’s weekly session, our team issues a credit for that session towards a future Club purchase, with no expiry. Contact us before paying to use a credit. Other missed sessions do not automatically pause payments. Contact our team about cancellations or changes; your consumer rights still apply.
Yes. Terms and conditions cover your school-term commitment, payments, class changes, safe participation, arrival and collection, health information and merchandise availability. We will provide the full conditions before you confirm your membership.
