Getting started
The Play Projects is a registered NDIS provider and accepts referrals directly from families as well as health professionals and other services. Before services begin, we complete planning and service agreement steps so that goals, responsibilities, fees and the proposed support are clear.
Support may include individual therapy, Allied Health Assistant sessions, groups, assessments, reporting, parent or educator coaching, telehealth and services in everyday environments, subject to availability and your service agreement.
Your Welcome Guide
Our Welcome Guide explains referrals, planning meetings, fees, assessments, intervention, reviews, cancellations, advocacy, feedback and complaints, incidents, privacy, rights and responsibilities.
Your choice and rights
You have the right to be treated fairly and respectfully, make informed choices, be an active partner in your services, use an advocate, give feedback and end services at any time. If something is unclear, please ask—we want the process to feel understandable and collaborative.
NDIS rules, pricing and individual plans can change. Your current service agreement and written quote set out the arrangements that apply to your services.
