Last updated: 11 September 2026

The Play Projects Pty Ltd (ABN 46 667 741 773) values the protection of personal information. This policy explains how information collected through our website may be handled and how you can contact us about access, corrections or concerns.

Information we collect

You may provide information such as your name, contact details and information included in an enquiry. Providing information is optional, although we may need some details to answer you or provide a requested service. People under 16 should not provide personal information without the consent of a parent, guardian or educational institution.

How information is used

Information may be used to operate the website and our business, respond to enquiries, provide requested products or services, understand demand and improve our services. We do not sell, rent or trade personal information. Information may be disclosed where you consent, where necessary to work with contracted service providers, or where authorised or required by law.

Club enrolments and payments

When a parent or carer enrols a child in the Club, we collect their name, email and phone number, each child’s name and age, and membership and merchandise choices. We use Stripe to store these enrolment records and process payments, invoices and payment-method updates. Our staff use these details to administer membership and contact you. Card and bank details are entered directly into Stripe’s secure payment pages. Please share health or support information directly with our team, rather than entering it in the payment form.

Cookies and online activity

The website may use cookies and online technologies to remember preferences, understand website use, measure performance and support marketing. Cookies can be managed through your browser. Please read our Cookies Policy for more information.

Security and overseas services

Personal information may be held electronically or in hard copy. We take reasonable steps to protect it from misuse, interference, loss and unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. Internet transmissions cannot be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Some technology providers may store or process information overseas. We take reasonable steps to ensure appropriate protection and compliance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and Australian Privacy Principles.

Access and correction

You may ask to access personal information we hold about you or request a correction if you believe it is inaccurate, out of date, incomplete or misleading. Some lawful exceptions may apply. If we refuse a request, we will explain why where reasonable and outline available complaint options.
