YOUR VOICE MATTERS

Feedback & complaints

Compliments, concerns and complaints help us understand your experience and improve our services.

We welcome your feedback

You can give feedback voluntarily and in the way that feels most comfortable. You may ask a family member, carer, legal representative, trusted friend or independent advocate to support or represent you.

How to provide feedback or make a complaint

We record and respond to feedback consistently, assess and investigate concerns where needed, communicate outcomes and use what we learn for continuous improvement.

Independent complaints

If you do not feel comfortable using our internal process, or your complaint is about the Director or the service generally, you can contact the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission.

Independent advocacy

An advocate can help you understand your rights, access or change services, communicate with providers and seek a resolution. Find advocacy organisations through the Department of Social Services.
