Your school-term membership
Membership covers one session per enrolled child in each purchased week of the Victorian government school term. A week is a Monday–Sunday period overlapping the term; attendance is available only within the term dates shown before checkout, including any partial first or last week. Mid-term enrolments start next Monday, including when you sign up on a Monday. During holidays, or after the current term’s final enrolment cutoff, the next available term is offered with its dates for your review. There is no automatic renewal.
Payments and sibling prices
The weekly option costs $39 per purchased week for the first child and $35.10 for each additional child enrolled in the same purchase. The first payment is collected at signup; remaining payments are collected on the Mondays shown before payment. If only one week remains, there are no subsequent payments. Paying upfront saves a further 10%: $35.10 per week for the first child and $31.59 per week for each sibling, multiplied by the number of purchased weeks. All children enrolled together share a payment option and dates. Your exact total and payment dates are shown before you agree to pay.
Prices are in Australian dollars, including any applicable tax, with no additional payment-processing surcharge. Stripe processes payments. Weekly payments authorise the initial payment and only the remaining payments shown in your review. Monday collections start at 10am or 11am Melbourne time depending on daylight saving; bank settlement can take longer. Updating a payment method does not cancel the membership.
Merchandise
Upfront membership includes one drink bottle, cap and Club shirt per enrolled child with every upfront purchase, including one-week and repeat-term enrolments. Weekly members may add a kit for $40 per child, paid once at signup. Merchandise is subject to available sizes and stock; our team will arrange sizing, collection or an alternative if an item is unavailable.
Closures and missed sessions
Known and newly announced Club closures do not change the term price, payment dates or membership end date. If a closure prevents a child’s weekly session, our team issues a credit equal to the membership amount paid for that child’s week: $39 for the first child or $35.10 for a sibling on the weekly option; $35.10 or $31.59 respectively when paid upfront. Partial-week closures receive a credit only when the child loses their weekly session. Kits are separate from the session credit.
Closure credits have no expiry and can be used towards a future Club purchase. Contact our team before paying so we can arrange the credit; online checkout does not apply it automatically. This credit policy does not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law, including any right to a refund. Other missed sessions do not automatically create a credit or pause payments. Please contact us about exceptional circumstances.
Existing ten-week memberships keep the dates, prices and closure arrangements agreed at their original checkout. These school-term rules apply to new term memberships.
Payment difficulties and membership changes
Bank debits may take several business days to confirm. Families may attend provisionally while the initial bank payment processes. Please contact us promptly if a payment fails. Our usual grace period is seven days before attendance is suspended; staff can agree an alternative arrangement. Outstanding payments are handled against the original invoice rather than creating an additional membership instalment.
Cancellations, refunds, adding children and changes to your membership are handled by our team. Contact us before stopping a payment so we can confirm the arrangements. Any refund is subject to your applicable consumer rights.
Participation and privacy
The Club is a group movement and play program. It is not an individual therapy service. Children must be supported to use equipment safely and follow staff directions. Parents and carers remain responsible before and after sessions. Share relevant participation and support information directly with staff; do not enter health information in the payment form.
We use your enrolment and billing information to administer membership, contact you about payments and fulfil merchandise selections. Stripe stores payment details securely. Read our Privacy Policy for more information.
